David Procter is 52yrs old and has one daughter. He has been married to Josephine for 32yrs. He is a retired plumber who ran his own business until customers kept telling him his estimates were like fiction so he decided to write a book of fiction. Forgotten Souls was born from a snippet on the news some 3yrs ago. It has been 8mths in the writing and two years later after numerous re-writes it is as it is. Unable to break into main line publishing he decided to take a chance with self publishing.

David Procter cares for his disabled wife, which gives him the time to pursue his writing and is still learning his craft. Forgotten Souls is the first in a series of five books. Dresden Green is the second book and is half way written, whilst the others are all still in the raw stages.

David writes his novels whilst listening to rock music and Radio 2. David enjoys watching cricket although not when England are loosing.
